Shipping Policy

Your first issue should start arriving within six to ten weeks after we receive your order, but it does depend on the distribution frequency of the magazine you've chosen and what part of the United States it is being shipped to. As a general rule, weekly subscriptions take 6 to 10 weeks to start, monthly subscriptions take 8 to 12 weeks to start, and bi-monthly and quarterly subscriptions take 10 to 16 weeks to start.

Once we receive your order, it is processed within 48 hours and then it can take a week or two for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher. After it is included in the publisher's next production cycle - it is shipped via standard mail.

Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times, although it can vary from publisher to publisher. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher and how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published, although our system does allow the fastest processing possible.

Return Policy

All orders can be cancelled as long as the cancel request is received within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. After that, in most cases cancellations will not be accepted. The reason for this policy is because our orders are pre-paid to the publishers and processed promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as quickly as possible.
